NEW PROTOCOL FOR CLIENTS
You must complete our consultation/waiver form and additional COVID-19 health form (sent to you via SMS) prior to your arrival.
All clients are required to bring their own face mask to their appointment. Due to stock we cannot guarantee to always have a mask available for you.
The door will be locked upon your arrival as we will be operating by appointment only (no walk-ins).
We will not have a waiting area and ask that you please wait in your car until your artist is ready for you (we will call a/o text you).
Friends or family members will not be allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
Elderly or those needing support/assistance are permitted to be accompanied by their caregiver, but caregivers will have to wait outside of the studio for the duration of your appointment.
We will only allow you to have your car keys, wallet, and phone with you in the studio. All other personal belongings, including jackets and handbags, must be left in your car.
Hand washing/sanitizing stations are provided. Clients must hand-sanitize both upon arrival and prior to leaving.
You must keep your personal belongings in a one-use bag that we will provide.
We will not be offering beverages to clients at this point in time. Food and drink are not permitted inside the studio, but can be enjoyed in your car before your appointment or during a break.
If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms of any sort, you must reschedule your appointment.
TRAVELING CLIENTS: If you have travelled at all within a month, you must reschedule your appointment or wait at least 14 days until you schedule your next appointment.
NEW SERVICE PROTOCOL
Physical distancing (6ft apart) will be implemented where possible, we ask that you follow this as well.
Barriers and protective materials/equipment will be used on all necessary areas, especially those where physical distancing cannot be maintained.
Artists will be wearing PPE, which will continue to be disposed of in the safe and correct manner.
Hand washing is a requirement between each client and as needed during each procedure.
There will be a limited number of clients in the studio per day per artist with 30 minute gaps between appointments to allow for the continued use of appropriate disinfectants and additional deep cleaning of all stations and high-contact areas between each client.
Bathroom will be cleaned and disinfected at least every hour and/or after each use.
UPDATED POLICIES
Please note that if you do not cooperate or refuse to follow any of the protocol we have in place, we will not be performing your service and you will be asked to leave.
If you are rescheduling a new appointment, your deposit will be held and transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
In the event an artist develops symptoms at work, we will go home immediately. We will gather together the names of the clients we’ve worked with and contact our local health department. If your appointment is affected by this you will be rescheduled with first priority.
For the time being, if you are experiencing COVID symptoms or generally feeling unwell, our cancellation policy is void. We would appreciate it if you could try to provide 48 hours notice to make any changes to your appointment, but times are different now! If any of the aforementioned symptoms or points apply to you, please contact us immediately, even if this is RIGHT BEFORE your appointment.
